2016 NFL DraftKings season is here! Not much is better than the cool fall air and playing daily fantasy sports.

With that being said, let us talk about this week’s NFL games. Week 3 brings us some solid matchups to exploit when building your DraftKings NFL team.

DraftKings NFL DFS Strategy

Cash Games– The goal of cash games is to minimize your floor. You want stable players with consistent results. Combining these with a good match-up is a nice way to start.  Research current trends and use some of the fantasy tools you have to build a quality fantasy football lineup.

GPP Tournaments – Here you want to be contrarian, meaning you want to have guys that are not highly owned, but have a huge upside. Think about a 2nd or 3rd WR in a good match-up. This is where a 2 TD day can pay off big.  You want to play to win these tournaments, not just creep into the money.

I really like the NY Giants in week 3. With the 0-2 Redskins coming to town the Giants are 2-0 and have shown they may be the team to beat in the NFC East. The Redskins gave up 38 points in Week 1 and 27 points in Week 2. Rashad Jennings didn’t play in the last 6 minutes of the game and was seen with his wrist/thumb wrapped up. If he’s out look for Eli to target Sterling Shepard and the accused cheater (by the NO defense), OBJ, more frequently than usual. Shane Vereen may be a great, cheap, option at RB depending on Rashad Jennings status.

Johnny Giovonni

Hi, my name is Johnny Giovonni. I am in the financial services industry and own my own business on the side. I work too much and golf too little. That is why I helped create this site, so I could at least have the dream of golfing everyday. Also, I am a huge numbers person and have researched many advanced gaming theories and other nerd stuff like the Rule of 72 and Benford's Law. When I am not working I am either golfing, watching sports, or researching statistics for my weekly and daily fantasy picks. I am under full belief there is an enormous advantage to be had with information when picking your lineups every week. I hope to bring that knowledge to this website. I look forward to writing and responding to your comments. Check out some of our course reviews, fantasy sports picks and as always, provide any feedback!
