Johnny G’s DraftKings NHL 4/5/16 Fantasy Lineup

Tuesday’s NHL schedule brings us 11 games.  The Lightning are taking on the Rangers and the Islanders, fresh off an impressive performance, head to Washington.

A late update came through that Backes was a scratch.  Hopefully you checked your line if you had him in there and made a substitution.  Without Backes, the line scored 27.7 FPP.  The cash lines were 31 and higher, so it really depended on who you popped in.  A Reilly Smith or Kreider got you paid.  Palat did not.  I know that from experience…

We’re going with Scott Darling in net with Arizona in town.  I resisted the urge to put more than three Penguins in the line today.  They’re playing really well now, but balance is important.

Good luck!

Be sure to always check your lineups before they lock. Sometimes late injuries, scratches, etc. can cause some great values to be unlocked right before the NHL puck drops.  If you want to win, you really need to check your fantasy lineups frequently on game day.  Just use my lineup as a template to start your DFS research. Our DraftKings NHL strategy can be a stepping stone to your GPP or cash game winners!
