Johnny G’s DraftKings NHL & FanDuel NHL Picks 11-16-17

The NHL decided to have a massive 12 game slate on Thursday, November 16th, head to head with NFL in prime time, and a piddly little two game slate tomorrow.  We might have an idea why people aren’t watching.  Anyway…

Johnny G invites the NHL experts from Hammer DFS to share some of their research and insights to help you build your rosters and cross the money line in your DFS contests.

Max Pacioretty is shooting the puck like a mad man lately, and he’s put that slow start to the season to rest.  At home against the Coyotes he is close to a must play, especially since his price ($6700 on DraftKings, $7200 on FanDuel) is moderate for what he’s giving you now: three goals, four assists and 37 shots in the last six games.  He could hit value on shots alone tonight.

Matt Dumba is consistently one of the better cheap plays on defense.  He gets PP time, PK time, blocks shots, shoots the puck, and has several assists in the last few games.  At $3400 on DraftKings and $3700 on FanDuel, it doesn’t take much to hit value. He might be worth a play tonight against the visiting Predators.

Vasilevskiy is your cash goalkeeper tonight.  The Lightning face a struggling Dallas team on their 3rd game in four nights.  Tampa Bay is fresh and rested and could easily score 5 goals every night.
