The weekend series are here starting Friday, June 30, and there are some good ones.  The Yankees travel to Houston and face McCullers in the opener.  The Rockies and Diamondbacks will play over the weekend.  Alex Wood gets a crack at the Padres in San Diego.

Here are Johnny G’s Home Run predictions for 6/30/17:

Garret: Kendrys Morales is 7 for 22 off of Doug Fister with 3 home runs.  In the month of June, Morales has hit the ball with 43.8% Hard contact.  Fister is only starting his 2nd game with the Red Sox.  His last start he went 6 innings throwing 50% FB, and gave up 3 runs getting the loss.  I like Kendrys’ bat tomorrow and put my money on a long ball.

Chris: Here’s a hanging breaking ball for you: Evan Longoria has taken Chris Tillman deep 9 times. The 9th time just occurred a few days ago. It’s certainly not breaking news, but if you see a spike in Longo ownership, you’ll know why.
