Johnny G’s QB Picks Week 10 – DraftKings NFL & FanDuel NFL

We’ve reached Week 10 of the NFL season already.  We’ll take a look at some quarterbacks that caught our eye for our daily fantasy NFL rosters.

Johnny G invites the NFL experts from Hammer DFS to share some of their research and insights to help you build your rosters and cross the money line in your DFS contests.

Hello Fantasy Footballers and happy weekend!!!  Here are my 3 QB picks to hopefully help you win some green: Matthew Stafford, Ben Roethlisberger and the GOAT, Tom Brady.

Cash Plays

Over the past 5 weeks, Matthew Stafford is averaging 16.75 fantasy points and is projected for 17.7 against a Browns defense giving up 18.7 points on average to opposing fantasy quarterbacks.  Stafford is coming off one of his better weeks, putting up 22.44 points last week.  He’s a better bargain on DraftKings ($6800), but at $8200 on FanDuel, he is going to save you about 7% off the top guy.

GPP Plays

As for Tom Brady, let me point out I am biased.  I love me some TB12.  I can go on and on about is records, but Denver has always been a tough place for him to play.  This is one of the only teams he has a losing record against and a stadium where he has a losing record.  However, you are getting him at a huge discount on DraftKings at only $6700.  He’s still relatively cheap on FanDuel at $8500.  He is projected to get 20.8 fantasy points against a Denver defense that is projected to be bottom 10 and has really struggled the last 2 weeks.  Brady is a bargain this week and I think he is going to get more than his projected points.

That brings me to Ben Roethlisberger, who you can get for $7600 on FanDuel ($6600 on DraftKings) this week, a 14% discount.  This is a good GPP play as he has a solid ceiling against a Colts defense giving up 18.2 points to opposing quarterbacks and the “fade Big Ben on the road” narrative will push ownership down.  Big Ben has been up and down the last 5 weeks, with his fantasy points ranging from 7.58 to 16.66, with an average of 12.82.  He is projected for 17.2 this week and the Colts, well they are the Colts.  Look for Big Ben to have a Big Week.

Good luck in your NFL DFS contests this week!

This is just a taste of the information that the experts over at Hammer DFS are grinding over day in, day out.  From an opportunity perspective, the NFL is a sport with only a few chances to jump on the right plays and make money for the week.  If you need extra help or you just can’t put up the points you want to, check in with the guys at Hammer and see for yourself the difference a DFS Consultant can make.

I am an avid fan of Boston sports so ignore my bias. I used to play baeball through college and am the proud father of two daughters. I love fantasy sports and look forward to sharing my views. I think TB12 is the GOAT and no one is changing my mind!
