Johnny G’s 2015 Running Back (RB) Fantasy Football Rankings

In many leagues running backs are the most valuable assets.  Unless the league has multiple QB’s or 6 point passing touchdowns, finding a top notch RB is vital to winning your fantasy football league.  So even though the NFL is more pass happy these days, you better snag a 3 down back, because there just are not many great ones out there.

Top 8 Fantasy Backs of 2015

1. L. Bell – Steelers – If he snuck up on you last year, you are not alone. I really did not think this guy was going to be the fantasy stud that he is. I will not make that mistake again.

2. J. Charles – Chiefs – A duel threat to catch passes as well, a true gem in the PPR leagues, draft him high. As long as he does not get hurt you should be fine…

3. E. Lacy – Packers – Touchdown machine.  May not get all the yards since they pass the ball all over the field, but he will get his. Can’t miss pick.

4. M. Lynch – Seahawks – A true monster inside the 5 yard line, except in the SuperBowl…

5. M. Forte – Bears – Another stud in PPR leagues, so many times I think he just gets 55 yards rushing, but then I see he has 60 receiving and a TD.  I am normally on the losing end of that too BTW.

6. D. Murray – Eagles – How will he fit in to the new team. Could be great. Could be average. That is why he is #6 on my RB list.

7. A. Peterson – Vikings – Should be a top 2 guy if healthy, but a little rust and another year on the body go along way with running backs. This is not the PGA Tour where Tiger can still win at 39.  Or can he…

8. CJ. Anderson – Broncos – As long as he can keep the starting job, not get hurt, and not fumble, he should put up some great numbers. No pressure though man.
