Note that this is for the 7pm night starting games! A solid lineup from last night’s games was able to land a 50/50 cash, so let us try to keep the juice going tonight in another round of Johnny G’s FanDuel NBA advice.
I was able to get Curry and Lebron into the lineup and still have some decent mid level players that get significant minutes as well.
Fanduel Nov 14 NBA Lineup
Position | Name | Team | Salary | Projections |
---|---|---|---|---|
PG | TJ McConnell | Phi | 5000 | He does dish the ball well and for this price he gets lots of minutes and can get 25 - 30 fantasy points. |
PG | S. Curry | GS | 11000 | No explaination needed. He is a DFS king here at FanDuel. |
SG | Nik Stauskas | Phi | 4300 | Terrible team, but for the value he gets lots of shots up. |
SG | E. Fournier | Orl | 5600 | He continues to surprise people and get over 30 fantasy points most nights. Still undervalued. |
SF | O. Porter | Was | 5500 | For a starter that gets 30 minutes a game this is a good play here against the Magic. |
SF | L. James | Cle | 10200 | The KING will fill the stat sheet tonight. |
PF | J. Grant | Phi | 4400 | Another 76er I know, but his value cannot be passed up. |
PF | K. Faried | Den | 7000 | I think he could do a 20 -10 game tonight against the SUNS. |
C | J. Okafor | Phi | 6700 | He wont shoot 3 for 17 again tonight. Book him as a good play. |
Total | 59700 |
The season has been up and down so far. There have been some good wins and some losses mixed in as well. Let’s try to get a 5 – 7 day winning streak going in the 50/50 contests. Also, look for some good low value plays for injured starters, as those often happen right before tipoff and I do not repost after this normally. Good luck.
Do you feel comfortable having three sixers in a game where they are 17 point underdogs?
It is a risk, but the numbers were pointing to putting all the Sixers in there. I think they will lose 110 – 95, but there guys normally play enough minutes to hold their value. If you swap any out I would get rid of Okafor. Good luck.
Would you recommend playing the 50/50 games with the 2000 entries, or play in ones where the cap is 100 people? If the latter, do you personally just pick any random game?
Here what you need to watch, in those big double up and 50/50 contests with say 2000 people, if they allow MULTIPLE entries they can become risky. Some of the big time players will put 100 lineups in there. Normally the 100 entry contests have an entry max size of 1, leaving you with better odds in my opinion.
