I know two days ago I said I like small slates, but this is pretty extreme. There are only two games going in the NHL tonight. The Rangers host the Bruins and the Senators visit the Islanders.
Last night’s lineup danced all around the cash line, scoring 28.4 FPP. It should have been good on the majority of 50/50’s. It paid off in the $5 double up, but wasn’t enough to cash in the $3. That last sentence feeds into the “lower the price, harder to cash” theory perfectly. If you put your faith in our lineups, I hope you put at least $5 worth of faith in them.
The Bruins/Rangers game is one of bad recent form vs. bad recent form. The Bruins have had three days off to rest and figure how to salvage a win on this road trip. Coupled with Boston’s solid road record overall has me off King Henrik today. I feel like the safest play between the pipes is the recently confirmed-to-start Berube, believe it or not.

Be sure to always check your lineups before they lock. Sometimes late injuries, scratches, etc. can cause some great values to be unlocked right before the NHL puck drops. If you want to win, you really need to check your fantasy lineups frequently on game day. Just use my lineup as a template to start your DFS research.
