It’s another small slate on Wednesday in the NHL with three games going. Ottawa takes on Winnipeg, the Caps travel to the Flyers, and the Flames take on the Ducks in Anaheim.
We nestled up close to the cash line again last night, but we fell short in our cash games. Getting only a period and a half out of Trocheck before leaving with an injury sealed our fate. Factoring in the injury and knowing we were an assist away from the promised land keeps us from being too discouraged.
We’re tapping Gibson as our goalie today. We’re not expecting the shutout bonus against Calgary, but we should get the win from the Ducks. Scheifele shows up in our roster again. He has exceeded projections in three of his last four games.

Be sure to always check your lineups before they lock. Sometimes late injuries, scratches, etc. can cause some great values to be unlocked right before the NHL puck drops. If you want to win, you really need to check your fantasy lineups frequently on game day. Just use my lineup as a template to start your DFS research.
