Eight games greet us on the NHL schedule today, highlighted by the Penguins visiting the Islanders and the Lightning hosting the Bruins.
Is it just me, or have the cash lines been on steroids lately across the DFS landscape? Especially last night, we put up over 30 FPP and I had a 50/50 that didn’t cross the cash line. I ran into a 100 person 50/50 that needed 35+ to win. That’s crazy! If you play NBA, you’re feeling my pain too (333 did not cash?!). Talk to me about the cash lines you ran into last night in the comments.
Anyway, Johnny G is concentrating on putting another solid lineup up today. Pekka Rinne is our choice between the pipes. He has a good matchup in Winnipeg, provided he is confirmed to start. We’re also going with Brent Burns against the Oilers. Filip Forsberg is no stranger to our lines and he shows up again.
Let me know what changes you would make. Good luck!
Be sure to always check your lineups before they lock. Sometimes late injuries, scratches, etc. can cause some great values to be unlocked right before the NHL puck drops. If you want to win, you really need to check your fantasy lineups frequently on game day. Just use my lineup as a template to start your DFS research.

I thought there was a golden rule against having shooters and an opposing goalie on the same team? Scheifele and Rinne? Jones put up 11 last night, I like him against the Oil, but then again, Mcdavid & Co. are either quiet or strike with the force of a thousand suns.
Jones looked great last night, but we’re expecting Reimer to get the start tonight. Re: Golden Rule, if it doesn’t exist, it probably should. We decided on Rinne before the shooters. 25 FPP over Scheifele’s last 3 games has me drooling, but you’re right, I should swap him out.
