There’s a good mix in today’s six game slate in the NHL. There are a couple lopsided matchups (Islanders/Maple Leafs and Predators/Flames) and a couple of games pitting very good teams against one another (Blackhawks/Blues and Capitals/Kings). Heck, that Ducks/Avalanche game is no slouch either, really.
If you didn’t substitute someone for Scheifele last night, considering my golden rule gaffe, you got a comfortable 50/50 win with 35.7 FPP. Only 1.5 points came from Scheifele, so if you did sub out, chances are you ended up even higher. Cash lines were up there again, but as long as we’re in the 30’s, we’re crossing into the area we want to be.
Today’s lineup leans on the heavy favorites. You’ll notice plenty of Islanders and Predators, including Thomas Greiss in net. He has not been confirmed as of this publish date, but there’s nothing new on Halak’s injury. I suppose there’s a slight chance Berube could get a start, so keep an eye on it.
Not that I need one, but this is another excuse to throw Forsberg into the lineup.

Be sure to always check your lineups before they lock. Sometimes late injuries, scratches, etc. can cause some great values to be unlocked right before the NHL puck drops. If you want to win, you really need to check your fantasy lineups frequently on game day. Just use my lineup as a template to start your DFS research.
