Johnny G’s FanDuel NBA DFS 11/25/15 Lineup

With just one day until the Holiday we have a huge Wednesday set of NBA games. November 25, 2015 brings us many of the best players in action, so it will take more fantasy points than normal to place in your contests. I went with a relatively balanced lineup tonight led by Rondo and Knight at point guard. The supporting cast include Okafor, Wiggins and Porzingis. The lower value players still get a bunch of minutes (Waiters and Covington). Good luck everyone!

NBA FanDuel 11-25-15 Lineup

PositionNameTeamSalaryProjections
PGR. RondoSac8400Yes, he amazing play will slow down some, but until it does I will ride this hot hand. Its not like is can only score, he does it ALL. So even a bad shooting game is not that big of deal fantasy wise.
PGB. KnightPho7900Love this matchup in what should be a high scoring game and he is a solid 35 point a night guy.
SGA. BradleyBos6000With the injuries in Boston, he gets a few more shots up and can get over 30 fantasy points when he fills the stat sheet a bit more.
SGD. WaitersOKC4800Very streaky, but he does get his shots in even if he comes off of the bench.
SFR. CovingtonPhilly5700Actually a solid player who when he gets his shots keeps the 76ers in the game. Still not a great play, but needed value here.
SFA. WigginsMin7500Has been on an offensive tear of late, look for Wiggins to post 35 fantasy points give or take.
PFK. PorzingisNY6700Big guy is showing more and more game. The important thing is he is getting over 30 minutes a game now.
PFT. YoungBKN6400Averaging almost 16 and 8, he is steady and shoots a decent percentage. Just needs more shot attempts.
CJ. OkaforPhilly6600When he gets over 30 minutes and over 15 shots this guy scores over 40 fantasy points. Still has some duds every now and then though.

I want to thank all the followers and positive comments so far this year. It can take a lot of time to research and post, so even when we have losing streaks I never look back, always forward to another winning streak. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Hi, my name is Johnny Giovonni. I am in the financial services industry and own my own business on the side. I work too much and golf too little. That is why I helped create this site, so I could at least have the dream of golfing everyday. Also, I am a huge numbers person and have researched many advanced gaming theories and other nerd stuff like the Rule of 72 and Benford's Law. When I am not working I am either golfing, watching sports, or researching statistics for my weekly and daily fantasy picks. I am under full belief there is an enormous advantage to be had with information when picking your lineups every week. I hope to bring that knowledge to this website. I look forward to writing and responding to your comments. Check out some of our course reviews, fantasy sports picks and as always, provide any feedback!

  1. Keep up the good work! You’re definitely making this stuff a lot more fun for me as the season moves along. I’m just waiting for the big time line-up. It’ll happen sooner than later as good as you have been doing.

    Thanks again.

  2. Hey Johnny, one question.
Is it good to try to put a team together with all the big dogs like Westbrook, Durant, Harden and the others then throw a few other MAYBEs in there?
I know they are picked up heavily so it doesn’t make too much of a difference but I thought I might try it tonight as a sideline team next to yours. Your line-up gets all my money though. 🙂

    1. I hit those big dogs hard early in the year and when they play well it can be great. But then you MUST hit multiple long shots in order to do well. While this can win big if you are able to hit guys around 4000 – 5000 consistently, I found it more consistent to get quite a few guys in the 6000 – 9000 range and then I would only need 1 or 2 lower tier guys. And in that range I can find guys like Jeff Green or Dion Waiters that still get 25 – 30 minutes.

I always recommend people playing whatever their gut tells them. Harden had a huge game tonight and if you hit him with some low values that is the way to hit a MAJOR win. But for me, I like to grind out steady 50/50 wins and play small tournaments. Over 300 points tonight with only one huge point total from Knight. Covington played great for his salary too.

I have seen too many people play those $10 – $25 tournaments and lose 5 – 10 in a row. It can happen, as only around 15% – 20% cash. Just like cards, bad streaks can happen, as I have had already. But overall, I feel in the NBA I can hit 65% at least for the year on 50/50 with a few tournament places as well. I only play what I can modestly afford. And I love bball so it is almost like getting free entertainment. Take care.
