Here are Johnny G’s Home Run predictions for 8/21/17:
Garret: Kyle Seager has 4 homers since August 1st mixed with an underwhelming .206 average. I feel the need to pick on SunTrust Park again, and I like how Kyle’s approach at the dish plays out. For the month of August, he is hitting fly balls 52.6% of the time, and he is pulling 40% of the balls off of his bat at 45% Hard contact against RHP. Those numbers are a recipe for dongarita down in Atlanta. He gets Mike Foltyncxghwyz, who I don’t usually pick on because he has decent stuff, but I’m still predicting dongaritas for lefties!
Chris: Brian Dozier is putting it together lately. He’s hitting .344 over his last 15 games (20 for 58) with 5 HRs. He especially crushes lefties and he gets another one today in Carlos Rodon. Lifetime, Doz is 7 for 19 against Rodon with 3 HRs.
