Last week’s recap at the ATT Colonial: Until Dustin Johnson threw up a snowman for a nice quadruple bogey it was looking good for our fantasy golf choices. Snedeker had a decent week to gather some points but other than that it was a disappointed showing for Johnny G.
Oh well, onto the next week:
2015 The Memorial Fantasy Golf Predictions
Chris Kirk- Is he dynamic? No. Is his swing a work of art? No. Is he fun to watch? No. Well then why pick him? Because he wins.
Bill Haas- So close a few weeks ago at the TPC Players, Haas is the kind of player that could win a major if just a few things start to go his way. The Memorial would be a huge non-major tournament for Bill to win.
Jim Furyk- I feel he is a future Hall of Famer. But, with people doubting that, he will look to lock it up with another US Open victory next month. A win at The Memorial will not hurt either. Book him early this week to land the best odds to win.
Justin Thomas- This long hitting little guy is going to be the next young talent everyone will be talking about. It also will be a swing that many of the light weight golfers coming up would love to emulate. At only around 155 lbs this guy can drive it twice his weight. Look out PGA tour.
Sleeper and Dark Horse Fantasy Golf Picks
KJ Choi- Accurate driver and a solid iron player make him a good pick to win in Ohio next week.
Ben Curtis- A course where Ben can compete, Muirfield Village tends to award accuracy. This Kent State alum could use a good week as well.
