Last Week’s recap: Wow! What a wreck. Thank God no one got seriously hurt or killed at Daytona. Congrats to Dale Jr. as well.
On a side note, I really am tired of restrictor plate racing. Everyone all bunched up is just a recipe for disaster. I am curious if they ran at 230 mph and got some separation if there would be less crashes and better overall racing. I am not saying we want Indy Car separation, but it is still worth a debate.
2015 Kentucky Quaker State 400 Fantasy NASCAR predictions
1. Brad Keselowski – The defending champion has won here multiple times and looks to get another win at this 1.5 mile Kentucky Speedway.
2. Kyle Larson – A sleeper pick here, great for a DraftKings league, Larson can really race well, but just does not get that many great finishes. I expect a top 6 or so from him this week.
3. Jimmie Johnson – Always a top threat on 1.5 mile race tracks, JJ is looking to get some momentum back with less than 10 races to go before the Chase starts early this fall.
4. Kurt Busch – It is hard to believe he is racing so well with all that has gone on in his personal life, but he just gets results. Along with his brother, they could be the best duo of all time… but I bet the Waltrips would disagree!
