Having an existing Sunday last week at the RBC Canadian Open, we had back to the States for the PGA Championship. Now, some of you must be thinking that it normally takes place in August. Well, you are correct, as the Olympics have forced this year’s final Major up quite a few weeks.

DraftKings Advice
The first thing to note is are you playing a cash game or a gpp entry? That will determine much of your strategy, even though some lineups work well for both.
Baltusrol is a long golf course. I think long players will have a definite advantage here this week. I also like guys that are playing well of late. That was not as big of a factor in the British Open in my opinion, as that course was more unique. Now, I would rather have guys with a hot hand.
Best Value DFS Play of the Week
Gary Woodland – $6700 – Being one of the longest hitters on the PGA Tour he instantly can overpower most golf courses. At over 7400 yards and a par 70, this week will put pressure on the shorter professionals. But also consider he shows up in big tournaments. A T12 at the British Open, a T4 at The Memorial and a T12 at the Byron Nelson. Not to mention only 2 missed cuts all year and a recent 2nd place finish at the Barracuda Championship show he is very capable of playing above his price point this week.
While we may not always win our PGA DFS contests, we feel our golf DFS strategy is on point with some of the best players out there.
