What a crazy week over in Asia again. Matsuyama wins and many of the stars did not really perform well. Very interesting. This week brings us to the US where it will take many birdies and eagles to win this week in Las Vegas at the Shriners. Last year Smylie Kaufman got his first win as a pro and looks to repeat again this week. Only 6 of the top 36 in the world are here, so the field is not the strongest, as is similar to many of the fall series events.

The first thing to note is are you playing a cash game or a gpp entry? That will determine much of your strategy, even though some lineups work well for both.
If you are looking at past history, both Ryan Moore and Kevin Na have won here, and will be expensive plays in this weak field. Koepka also had a T4 here in 2014 and might be the most talented player in the field. Scott Piercy is another strong player to keep an eye on this week. If you are looking for a long shot flier, try Tommy Two Gloves Gainey. He had a T3 here a while back and was -18. He will be low owned, I promise you that.
