Johnny G’s MLB DraftKings & FanDuel Home Run Predictions 6-20-17

We’re back to a full slate of 15 games on Tuesday, June 20, 2017.  Chris Sale gets a surging Royals team.  Arizona tees it up in Colorado.  The Tribe put 12 on the board yesterday and now get Chris Tillman and his 8+ ERA.

Johnny G invites the MLB experts from Hammer DFS to take an early look at who they predict will go deep to help you fill out your rosters on DraftKings and FanDuel.

Up and down your squad, everyone needs home runs in their DFS lineups.  From your high-priced stars hitting value with one swing to your low-owned, minimum-priced punt helping you take down a big dollar contest, we all dig the long ball.  The experts will be digging through the match-ups and stats to find players in good spots and sharing them with you.

If you need more than a four-bagger to get your bankroll growing, Hammer DFS has a full-service chat to get you back on track.  Check out a sample of what their members pulled in recently:

Here are Johnny G’s Home Run predictions for 6/20/17:

Garret: Julio Teheran has a home ERA of 7.25 and is giving up 2.50 HR/9 pitching in the ATL.  We are learning that SunTrust Park is very generous in the dong category to left-handed hitters.  Which is why I’m picking Brandon Belt.  He has not had a great month, but he has pulled 50% of the balls he’s put in play, 42.5% FB with 35% hard contact.  Right field at SunTrust is dong city for those stats.

Chris: More than just a BvP play, Adam Jones has been heating up lately.  Yes, he’s 10 for 18 vs. Tomlin with a HR in his career.  However, he’s hit safely in 7 of his last 8 games, with 4 multi-hit games.  Plus he’s gone deep on this home stand already.  Tomlin is a mixed bag, but his Statcast data is ticking up recently and Camden Yards is a good hitter’s park.

Ideally, we’re looking for non-chalk, non-obvious predictions for you.  But how good does Paul Goldschmidt at Coors Field look today?  Goldy is 4 for 5 against Marquez with 2 dongs plus 2 walks.  D-Backs at Rockies should be a fun series to watch.

Who do you think will hit a home run today?  Let us know in the comments!
