Wednesday, September 27th has all 30 teams in action. There will be a 4 game day slate and an 11 game main slate. We’re at the point where we will be taking our last shots at certain pitchers for the year. Conley will pitch in Coors. Bailey’s likely last start will be in Miller Park. Zimmermann visits KC. The arms aren’t all bad today though. Hill hosts the Padres. Richards visits the White Sox. Severino will host the Rays.
Johnny G invites the MLB experts from Hammer DFS to take an early look at who they predict will go deep to help you fill out your rosters on DraftKings and FanDuel.
Up and down your squad, everyone needs home runs in their DFS lineups. From your high-priced stars hitting value with one swing to your low-owned, minimum-priced punt helping you take down a big dollar contest, we all dig the long ball. The experts will be digging through the match-ups and stats to find players in good spots and sharing them with you.
If you need more than a four-bagger to get your bankroll growing, Hammer DFS has a full-service chat to get you back on track. Check out a sample of what their members pulled in recently:
Here are Johnny G’s Home Run predictions for 9/27/17:
Chris: On the early slate, I want Josh Reddick. He has a very good history against Martinez, going 8 for 18 (.444) with 2 doubles, a triple, and a home run. His recent Statcast data is up over yearlong averages. He has a 45% hard contact rate, 93 mph exit velocity, and a 51% flyball rate.
Anthony Rizzo is having a terrible series in St. Louis so far, to the tune of 0 for 8. I think the matchup against Wacha might turn him around. Lifetime, Rizzo is hitting .472 (17 for 36) in 38 plate appearances with a double and 3 dongs. Possibly the best indication is he has only struck out twice. So we know he sees the ball well out of Wacha’s hand. I’m looking for him to elevate one today.
