Johnny G’s MLB DraftKings & FanDuel Home Run Predictions 7-15-17

It’s a 15 game slate on Saturday, July 15, 2017, with the earliest game scheduled at 4:05 pm EST; an interesting contest featuring Severino vs. Sale.  Scherzer is on the road in Cincy against Castillo.  Also, Klubot faces Blackburn in Oakland.

Johnny G invites the MLB experts from Hammer DFS to take an early look at who they predict will go deep to help you fill out your rosters on DraftKings and FanDuel.

Up and down your squad, everyone needs home runs in their DFS lineups.  From your high-priced stars hitting value with one swing to your low-owned, minimum-priced punt helping you take down a big dollar contest, we all dig the long ball.  The experts will be digging through the match-ups and stats to find players in good spots and sharing them with you.

If you need more than a four-bagger to get your bankroll growing, Hammer DFS has a full-service chat to get you back on track.  Check out a sample of what their members pulled in recently:

Here are Johnny G’s Home Run predictions for 7/15/17:

Garret: Over the last seven games, Kris Bryant is batting .400 with two home runs.  Tomorrow he gets Wade Miley, who has given up 1.38 HR/9 and 18.8 % HR/FB.  Bryant has a 25% HR/FB against LHP.  Miley has struggled this year and the power hitting righty should give him fits.

Alex: Nelson Cruz has always hit lefties well, but in July he’s hit .545 with 1 HR and 6 RBI over 11 AB.  Now he gets Derek Holland who has been destroyed by righties over his last 7 starts allowing 10 HRs, .498 wOBA and a 40.5% hard hit.

Chris: This will be a low-owned pick, but Wilson Ramos is crushing the ball.  How about a Batted Ball Distance of 252 feet over the last 6 games.  Over the same period, he also averages 95 mph Exit Velocity, 50% Fly ball rate, and a 45% Hard-Hit percentage.  Ramirez doesn’t strike out many batters, so balls will be put in play.  Don’t sleep on The Buffalo.
