You didn’t drink too much green beer, did you? Are you ready for another round of NHL DraftKings action? Six games are on the schedule highlighted by the Predators in Washington and the Ducks hosting the Bruins.
Last night’s lineup gave you something else to celebrate. I love it when a lineup jumps out to a big score quickly. Crosby and Smith-Pelly had goals early and both ended up with 2 each. Plus we finally snagged a win from our goalie which pushed us over 41 FPP, a completely stress-free win in 50/50’s, double ups and probably a little cash if you threw it in a GPP (full disclosure: I did not enter this line in any GPPs. There was too much basketball and not enough time).
We’re going with the revenge game theory today. Ladd and Winnipeg had contract negotiations and broke them off with Winnipeg thinking Ladd was too expensive. His recent form hasn’t been great, but we’re thinking he may want to show the Jets what they gave up. Same goes for Dano, who was the prospect Chicago gave up in the deal.
Goalie was a tough choice, but we settled on Cam Talbot. Good luck!
Be sure to always check your lineups before they lock. Sometimes late injuries, scratches, etc. can cause some great values to be unlocked right before the NHL puck drops. If you want to win, you really need to check your fantasy lineups frequently on game day. Just use my lineup as a template to start your DFS research.
