Well fantasy college football fans, it is time for week 2 FanDuel lineup advice again. Hopefully our research can lead to a great week for everyone.
Update: The Saturday 9-12-15 12pm & 8pm late game lineup are now updated down below!
Since FanDuel has many tournaments each week, check back here for all the updates. We will start with the Thursday / Friday lineups below. But also will update the Saturday Main Event and Late Game contests when made available.
This week I see huge value from top-tier quarterbacks in these weekday games on 9/10 and 9/11. Western Kentucky should make a comeback offensively after hurting my picks big-time last week. Have no fear though, their offense will not be held down for 2 weeks in a row. Also, I like LA Tech transfer Driskel to have a huge game. That game should be played in the 70’s.
On the Friday night schedule, I think Utah State will make a good showing. If you picked any of their guys in week 1, do not hold that against them. The inter-state battle against the Utes should bring out the best in them. If not, I would red flag them for a while, but take my advice as you wish.
CFB Week 2 FanDuel Lineup for 9/10/15 & 9/11/15
Update: Because of some Miami WR injuries, also look at Malcom Lewis and Herb Waters as good cheap options.
Position | Player Name | Team | Salary | Comments-Stats |
---|---|---|---|---|
QB | Brandon Doughty | W.Kentucky | 9000 | His terrible game last week should allow you a bargain this week. I hope for 300 plus yards and a handful of TD's. |
Rb | Tayone Gray | The U | 5500 | Miami has a bunch of good running backs, but Gray should get his fair share of carries. |
Rb | Kenneth Dixon | LA Tech | 8700 | One of the most talented backs you have not heard of, he should go for over 100 yards against WKU. |
Wr | Rashawn Scott | The U | 6900 | Could be the best WR of the games for this contest. |
Wr | Nicholas Norris | W.Kentucky | 4500 | A value play that should get 70 plus yards and a TD I hope. |
Wr | Trent Taylor | LA Tech | 6200 | With Driskel throwing the ball all over the field Taylor should get some numbers and yards. |
Te | Tyler Higbee | W.Kentucky | 3700 | Do not expect the same huge game as last week. But there is not much else to choose from and he should outscore most TE. |

Saturday 9-12-15 FanDuel College Football Lineup (12pm – Noon Contest)
Position | Player Name | Team | Salary | Comments-Stats |
---|---|---|---|---|
QB | Brandon Allen | Arkansas | 8500 | A great matchup against Toledo, you will see why Allen is one of the best in the SEC. |
Rb | Derrick Henry | Alabama | 8100 | Should run all over Middle Tennessee, which is a problem. Hopefully he scores before he is pulled. You never know in these types of games. |
Rb | Patrick Skov | Geo. Tech | 5900 | The running machine of Tech should have a field day against lowly Tulane. Skov should get the ball inside the 5. |
Wr | Braxton Miller | Ohio State | 7300 | Did you see his moves? And I do not like OSU… at all… and I am picking him. |
Wr | Keon Hatcher | Arkansas | 7200 | Should double down here with the Allen pick at QB. |
Wr | KJ Maye | Minnesota | 5000 | A good performance against TCU, I expect another once this week. A good value at 5000. |
Te | Rodney Mills | Umass | 3000 | Never heard of him have you? He gets touches that’s all you need to know. |

Saturday FanDuel 8pm Late Night CFB Picks
Position | Player Name | Team | Salary | Comments-Stats |
---|---|---|---|---|
QB | J. Rosen | UCLA | 8000 | A true freshman, UCLA will put up another big game this week that will get Rosen noticed even more. On the road too. |
Rb | J. McNichols | Boise St. | 6600 | A decent matchup, the game should be close, and he should get 25 carries and hopefully an end zone dance. |
Rb | R. Freeman | Oregon | 8800 | A great athlete, he could go the distance at any time. This game WILL be high scoring, so he will get his touches. |
Wr | A. Burbridge | Michigan St. | 6800 | See a pattern yet. There is a high over/under for a reason. |
Wr | S. Mitchell | USC | 5000 | A steal at 5,000. With all the other high power WR, he is almost as good, and costs less. You have to sacrifice somewhere. |
Wr | B. Marshall | Oregon | 6200 | Its Oregon's offense. They will score… A LOT. |
Te | J. Price | Michigan St. | 3400 | Since Oregon does not use a TE much, maybe they do not guard them well. Either way, Price is one of the better ones. |
