Up and down your squad, everyone needs home runs in their DFS lineups. From your high-priced stars hitting value with one swing to your low-owned, minimum-priced punt helping you take down a big dollar contest, we all dig the long ball. The experts will be digging through the match-ups and stats to find players in good spots and sharing them with you.
If you need more than a four-bagger to get your bankroll growing, Hammer DFS has a full-service chat to get you back on track. Check out a sample of what their members pulled in recently:
Here are Johnny G’s Home Run predictions for 8/9/17:
Garret: Over the past 28.1 innings pitched, opponents are batting .325 with 7 homers off of Trevor Cahill. He’s taking the mound for the second time with his new team in KC. Dexter Fowler is back off of the DL and has nice career numbers against Cahill. Going 7 for 14 with 2 3B, 1 2B, and ZERO strikeouts. Cardinals make for a nice stack against the Royals tomorrow, and Dexter and Carpenter should have big games.
Alex: Anyone else think there is something wrong with Alex Wood? He had a 10.8 K/9 and a .2 HR/9 BEFORE the break and since then? 5.7K/9 and a 1.1HR/9. Not horrible numbers by any means, but definitely not the dominant numbers he was putting up in the first half of the season. Tonight he gets Paul Goldschimidt and the Diamondbacks. Goldy over his last 20 AB vs LHP has a .663 wOBA, 1.150 SLG, .550 ISO, 64.7% hard hit, 41.2% flyball and 3 HRs. He’s also 5 for 17 with 2HRs vs Wood in his career
