Cash Plays
Anytime someone runs their mouth in the media, it’s worth a look. You can find some extra motivation to either prove someone right or prove them wrong. Marcin Gortat predicted John Wall would “torture” Lonzo Ball for 48 minutes. The Lakers are not good defending big men, giving up +3.69 over projections to Centers. He averages 13 points and 10 boards per game over 32+ minutes. He’s $6100 tonight and averages just shy of 31 FD points.
GPP Plays
The Rockets are very weak against opposing guards. JJ Redick is 8 for 20 behind the arc in his first 4 games. He’s averaging about 33 minutes, 11 points, almost 3 rebounds, and 3 assists per game. This is the cheapest he’s been on FanDuel at $4300. He can provide some value in a plus matchup tonight. You know he isn’t shy pulling the trigger on an open look.
