Week 5 of the NFL season brings us to another round of Johnny G’s NFL DraftKings picks. Let us get right to the action below.
Here is my advice for the best lineup I could come up with for the Sunday main event.
Week 5 Johnny G DraftKings NFL Best Lineup of the Week
Position | Name | Team | Salary | Projections |
---|---|---|---|---|
QB | Tom Brady | NE @Dal | 7800 | Look for a huge game against the Cowboys. 300 plus yards and 3TD. |
RB | Ronnie Hillman | Den @Oak | 4900 | Hillman is the man now, at least in the short term, and should carry most of the load fantasy wise. Note though, they score A LOT through the air still. |
RB | Doug Martin | Jax@ TB | 4700 | A solid RB in a game that could either be really high scoring or really low scoring. |
WR | O. Beckham Jr. | SF@ NYG | 9000 | One of the best WR in the league and ELI is looking better as of late in my opinion. |
WR | Travis Benjamin | Cle @Bal | 4500 | A huge play threat, he is great in tournaments. Risky in 50/50 leagues. |
WR | Allen Hurns | Jax @TB | 4500 | Hard to predict what the Jags will do, but like Benjamin, very high upside. |
TE | Rob Gronkowski | NE @Dal | 7500 | Not much to say here, he is the best and I want him in the lineup when I can afford him. |
FLEX | Danny Woodhead | Pit@ SD | 4600 | A great sleeper most weeks, he can give you that extra 10 fantasy points you need. |
DST | Buccaneers | Jax@ TB | 2500 | They are playing the Jagsā¦ and are cheap. |
Total | 50000 |
Overall, I feel I am getting some momentum each week, but one or two players just keeps the week from being great. Always looking to improve on the fantasy picks. Strive for the best.
