Johnny G’s 2015 Humana Challenge Fantasy Golf Picks

Sony Open Recap:  Johnny G finally hit a big week in fantasy golf with a win and T3 finish. Jimmy Walker dominated the weekend and Kuchar got his normal top 5 finish. While it was not like hitting a superfecta with a 80 -1 horse in it, the Sony was a good week and Johnny G hopes to keep it going with the 2015 Humana Challenge.

2015 Humana Fantasy Golf Picks

1. Patrick Reed Easy pick here. Won here last year and won a few weeks ago. Plays really well early in the year, so I expect a top 10 at the worst.  Said he wanted to be a top 5 player a year ago. People laughed.  No one is laughing now……

2. Zach Johnson – Plays the west coast swing good most years and is in good form right now. A solid player and with another win down Magnolia Lane could find himself in the Hall of Fame one day.  Knows his strengths, but more importantly he knows what he can’t do. You wont see him trying to hit the impossible shot.  Give him a wedge and 95 yards and he will give you under 8 feet. All day. Every day.

3. Ryan Moore – Very good player.  Still, I do not think he has peaked. His amateur record is amongst one of the best of all time. A few wins here and there are great, but I expect him to compete in at least one major soon.

4. Keegan Bradley – One of the bigger names in the field, he should be able to string some birdies together and post at least -10 under at this defenseless course. On a side note, Webb Simpson shows no issues putting with the short stick….

Good luck. Hopefully these Humana Challenge fantasy golf picks will help you in your league.

Johnny Giovonni

Hi, my name is Johnny Giovonni. I am in the financial services industry and own my own business on the side. I work too much and golf too little. That is why I helped create this site, so I could at least have the dream of golfing everyday. Also, I am a huge numbers person and have researched many advanced gaming theories and other nerd stuff like the Rule of 72 and Benford's Law. When I am not working I am either golfing, watching sports, or researching statistics for my weekly and daily fantasy picks. I am under full belief there is an enormous advantage to be had with information when picking your lineups every week. I hope to bring that knowledge to this website. I look forward to writing and responding to your comments. Check out some of our course reviews, fantasy sports picks and as always, provide any feedback!
