The MLB schedule brings us 15 games total this Friday, but one is a day game so we’re focusing on the 14 game main slate.
We’re tapping Volquez in the cavern of a ballpark in Oakland as our starter. His price is right and he has good strikeout numbers. A couple mini-stacks are the key components of today’s line. Springer & Correa at home against anyone is a good play most days, so Pelfrey and the Tigers look like a nice matchup. Also, Yelich & Martin Prado make the roster. Both are off to hot starts for Miami and we like them with Atlanta in town.
Be mindful of our constant reminders to check your lines before game time. We get these lines out before almost anyone else to try to give you an early edge on the competition. The downside is we don’t have any confirmations on our starters.

Be sure to always check your lineups before they lock. Sometimes late injuries, scratches, etc. can cause some great values to be available before the first pitch. Also, MLB often has last second decisions since they play almost every day. If you want to win, you really need to check your fantasy lineups frequently on game day. Just use my baseball lineup as a template to start your research. While we may not have the best picks every day, we feel our FanDuel MLB strategy is sound and it is also free!
