As the calendar flips, Thursday June 1st brings us 8 games split down the middle; 4 day games and 4 night games.
Johnny G invites the MLB experts from Hammer DFS to take an early look at who they predict will go deep to help you fill out your rosters on DraftKings and FanDuel.
Up and down your squad, everyone needs home runs in their DFS lineups. From your high-priced stars hitting value with one swing to your low-owned, minimum-priced punt helping you take down a big dollar contest, we all dig the long ball. The experts will be digging through the match-ups and stats to find players in good spots and sharing them with you.
If you need more than a four-bagger to get your bankroll growing, Hammer DFS has a full-service chat to get you back on track. Check out a sample of what their members pulled in recently:
Here are Johnny G’s Home Run predictions for 6/1/17:
Garret: Yovani Gallardo is not having a great year- BABIP .320, HR/FB rate a career high 14.3%. Carlos Gonzalez has good stats against Gallardo. CarGo is 8-19 for a .421 AVG. Both players are past their prime, but Little Pony is due for a dong!
Alex: Mookie Betts has a .476 wOBA vs LHP at home this season with a .333 ISO and a 46.7% hard hit to go along with it. Wade Miley has given up a 53.1% hard hit rate to right-handed bats in May.
Kyle: Bradley Zimmer is a cheap option in the OF with a wOBA of .358 and a SLG of .714. He very well could be a low-owned, sneaky HR. He faces the righty Cotton who has given up 7 dongs this year and a .256 SO/AB.
