We close July with 9 games on Monday. Fulmer vs. Severino goes down in the Bronx. Clevinger is in Fenway. Gio is in Miami. King Felix takes on Hamels in Arlington.
Johnny G invites the MLB experts from Hammer DFS to take an early look at who they predict will go deep to help you fill out your rosters on DraftKings and FanDuel.
Up and down your squad, everyone needs home runs in their DFS lineups. From your high-priced stars hitting value with one swing to your low-owned, minimum-priced punt helping you take down a big dollar contest, we all dig the long ball. The experts will be digging through the match-ups and stats to find players in good spots and sharing them with you.
If you need more than a four-bagger to get your bankroll growing, Hammer DFS has a full-service chat to get you back on track. Check out a sample of what their members pulled in recently:
Here are Johnny G’s Home Run predictions for 7/31/17
Alex: Ubaldo Jimenez has gotten lit up in July (and the rest of the season); big surprise right? Today he’ll get KC, and to be honest with you, you can probably pick 3-4 guys who should take him deep. One guys that sticks out is Eric Hosmer. He’s 11-30 with 2 HRs vs Ubaldo. Hosmer has had a hot July hitting .368 AVG, .221 ISO, 1.013 OPS, .568 SLG and 6 HRs ( 4 of which came off RHP). I think Hosmer ups his HR total by one, maybe two, today.
Chris: Michael Brantley is 11 for 30 with 2 HRs against Doug Fister. Most of those ABs were against a much better version of Fister than he will face today. Brantley has multiple hits in 5 of his last 10 games including 3 dongs over that span.
