Johnny G’s 2015 Arnold Palmer Invitational @ Bay Hill Fantasy Golf Picks

2015 Arnold Palmer Invitational Fantasy Golf Picks

1. Jason Day –  I know, we have been saying this for a long time, but Jason Day is one of the best 5 players in the world without a major.  If you want to play well in those, Bay Hill is a great start. The competition is near-major level and the course can be challenging, especially if the wind picks up.  One of the best iron players in the game today.

2. Sean O’Hair- A former top 20 player in the world, who lost his form and fought back on the web.com tour, O’Hair looked to be on top form last week and I feel this will continue.  He kind of reminds me of Kuchar, when he lost his way, then gained it all back. O’Hair has the potential to be one of the better players on the PGA Tour.

3. Louis Oosthuizen- Ok, when will he live up to his potential?  Is he healthy?  Would he rather be working on his farm?

I wold like to know the answer to all of these as well.   Until then, I will expect him to be in contention every week.

4. Brian Davis- One of the better players most average fans do not know much about, Davis can play and expect him to contend to WIN this week. Bank on it!

The weather is getting warmer here in the Midwest, so it will be time to dust off the ole’ sticks and get the game back in shape. Johnny G used to be around a 5 handicap or so back in his prime and would like to get that back and even better. He even once won a local junior amateur “one-stick” tournament, which will be the focus of a future post on unfulfilled potential and broken dreams.

Improvement lies within though and change must be made in order to get there.

Johnny Giovonni

Hi, my name is Johnny Giovonni. I am in the financial services industry and own my own business on the side. I work too much and golf too little. That is why I helped create this site, so I could at least have the dream of golfing everyday. Also, I am a huge numbers person and have researched many advanced gaming theories and other nerd stuff like the Rule of 72 and Benford's Law. When I am not working I am either golfing, watching sports, or researching statistics for my weekly and daily fantasy picks. I am under full belief there is an enormous advantage to be had with information when picking your lineups every week. I hope to bring that knowledge to this website. I look forward to writing and responding to your comments. Check out some of our course reviews, fantasy sports picks and as always, provide any feedback!
